Combat controls: To attack, enter a combination of two Q/E inputs and press LMB, also you can use 1/2/3/4 keys for direct attack input. The result of the combination will be displayed in the lower left corner. Press RMB to reset the combination, press RMB with a zero combination to throw the weapon. 

Press RMB without a weapon in your hands to pick up the weapon. LMB without a weapon in your hands pushes and disarms the enemy. The types of attacks differ for firearms and melee weapons.
